The Four Tops were part of the Detroit night club scene for ten years before they caught the ear of Berry Gordy, the founder of Motown. In 1964, they became part of the Motown hit-making machine with “Baby, I Need Your Loving.” The group (featuring the impassioned singing of Levi Stubbs) was inducted into he Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990. The likely drummer is Benny Benjamin.

I have been using the Classic Rock Drum Charts collection for many years. There is nothing better to practice and rehearse to, than these charts transcribed by James Morton.Michael Sheahan
